"For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them."
Jesus in the Gospel of John 6:55-56
Preparations for the reception of the Eucharist are coordinated through Young Disciples.
Step 1: Get close to Jesus by attending Mass each week, if you have not yet made your First Holy Communion or are not able to receive for some other reason, you can go for a blessing at Communion. Simply cross your arms (see below) to let the priest, deacon, or extraordinary minister of the Eucharist know you would like a blessing.
Step 2: Contact a member of our Young Disciples staff to enroll in either our parish faith formation and/or our sacramental preparation program.
