CHILDCARE REGISTRATION CHECKLIST

AGE LIMIT:
Childcare is for children 2 to 10 years of age.

CHECK IN/PICK-UP TIME:
Check-in: Friday 6:45 pm; Pick-up: by 9:30 pm
Check-in: Saturday 9:45 am; Pick-up: by 4:30 pm

WHAT TO BRING?
- Diapers for toddlers that who not potty trained
- Snacks, lunch and drinks for both days
- iPad, tablets, age appropriate board games are acceptable for older children
WHAT’S THE COST?
$5 donation per child maximum $20 per family
