Our Children's Ministry's mission is to encourage, equip, and accompany parents—the first and most important teachers—in forming their children to be lifelong disciples who love God, love others, and go and make disciples.
It is important for children to participate in Mass regularly with their family. Sit toward the front where it is easier for them to see and hear. Encourage younger children to look and see what is going on. You can quietly explain the parts of Mass to older children. Let them know that they are at home in God’s house! Every Sunday is a Holy Day of Obligation. What is your family tradition? Make it a fun day of family, faith, and food!
We want our children to experience healthy relationships in the image of God as they participate in our Children’s Ministry. All staff and volunteers who have access to children are expected to complete a Safe Environment training and complete a Level II background check.
